How do I decide what size to purchase? Sizing is determined first by height and then weight, if you are unsure, take the measurement of the widest part of your chest/belly to determine if you need the expandable 54″ inch bag.
40″ designed for individuals under 180lbs and 5′ to 5’6″
48″ designed for individuals under 220lbs and 5’7″ to 6’2″
54″ is designed for individauls under 300lbs and 5’10” and up.
