Great tent better and cheaper than the other ones.
5 out of 5 stars
Great tent better and cheaper than the other ones.
Exactly the same as the wenterial just green and over $100+ cheaper. I have this tent and my cousin has the wenterail one and he was like wtf they are the same. We examined them a little closer and yes they are identical. Also a lot more comfortable than the Kamp rite because there support bar comes down 4” where you don’t feel it like you do on the kamp rite.

Love the concept ! We chose this tent because of the size and it also included a rain fly that seems to be easy to put on and which other companies did not include with their tents but needed to be purchased separately.. Directions could be a little more clear. Can't speak to the durability of this because we haven't had a chance to actually use it. I am giving it 5 stars because of the fantastic customer service.Tthere was an issue with the first tent we received and the company was very quick to rectify the situation in a most satisfying way.

I used this tent cot twice. I slept on a sleeping bag the first time and was comfortable with no issues. The second time I added a memory foam topper 2” and made it more comfortable. It is roomy inside. You have extra space for item to store. It has good air flow. It’s well worth the money. My friends saw this setup for the first time and loved it. The quality is great and the price is cheaper than the competitors.

While I like the design overall, the instructions for the rainfly (what little there are) require some 'imagination' or experience in setting up tents. The vent flaps on the rainfly tend to lay flat, pretty much cancelling their utility unless you prop them out a bit. I would suggest that you have a small tarp or blanket you can lay on the ground first while you get used to figuring out the strap and hinge arrangements. It won't take long to figure things out, but it will keep the fabric clean while you do. The tie on straps for the rain fly are a bit on the flimsy side, so don't overdo it. My shipping carton was pretty well destroyed by the arrival time, with several layers of repair tape in multiple locations. However, the tent cot had no damage at all. I would recommend checking the contents immediately upon arrival though. As a large man, I wasn't too sure about this thing at first, but I found it to be sturdy, spacious and surprisingly comfortable. The included pad makes a world of difference. I cannot yet attest to the durability but I'm impressed with the zippers on all the flaps. They're large and easy to run both ways. I will be using a heavy application of scotch guard (as I do with all tents) but I'm more than happy with what I have right now.

It's good if you manage to set it up with out mistakes on your first try. Even tho it is already "armed" it's very difficult to acomodate the tubes and instructions are unclear and seems they are missing steps. Also it takes a lot of space and it is very heavy.

I sent this back because of how bulky and heavy it is. I think it would only work well in the backyard, as I can't imagine setting it up in a campsite.

Only thing I wish this tentcot included was a mat that fit inside to sleep on. But without a mat, it’s still aright to sleep i on the platform itself. Not uncomfortable at all, just could be really comfortable with one. I recommend it to anybody lookin for a quick easy set up with quality

I ordered this 46.5" wide version. I like the tent/fly material; polyurethane coated oxford (polyester). Other manufacturers of tent cots use Nylon which is very strong but is light weight and so kinda baggy. These type tents absolutely require a covered porch to step out on in wet conditions and the Tangkula Tent Cot has that. I think this stiffer material helps make that work. The frame being Aluminum gets the overall weight down to 40 pounds. I like the roof engineering too. I think this (sleeves) is a stronger design than the clips used by others and the rods are shock-corded aluminum..

This is a sauna in hot temps so a good fan is required even without the fly.

Amazing shipping cost at $49. I think I could do better than that.
