Eureka!’s reversible cast-iron grate switches from a griddle top for pancakes or paninis to a grill surface for burgers or portobellos. The recessed stove grate turns the grill surface into a cook-top burner for boiling water and sautéing vegetables. The cast-iron construction is designed to maximize radiant heat transfer, so your food doesn’t dry out before it’s done. Whip up a full feast with the JetLink accessory port, which lets you power multiple Eureka! grills or stoves (sold separately) from the same fuel source. Includes removable, dishwasher-safe drip tray and vented steel lid; measures 13.8 inches in diameter and 11 inches tall; minimum weight of 14 pounds, 3 ounces.
