Place the bottom tray on a small to medium size stove burner to ensure ideal convection of heat towards the center of grill pan. 3. Pour one cup of water into the bottom fat gathering pan. 4. Place the grill pan into place on the top of the fat gathering pan. 5. Place your food on the grill pan area. 6. Remember to avoid covering the center hole of the grill pan with food. 7. Begin cooking on medium low heat. (Please note: if you put too much food on top of the grill pan, it will cause the heat to circulate more slowly and result in prolonged cooking times)
